Daughter of Florence (Gates) Henderson, a widow & teacher. Mother remarried to Ralph A. Brockenhammer. She died July 13, 1981. Stepfather died October 23, 2006 in Eustis, Florida.

Married March 28, 1949 in First Presbyterian Church, Columbia City, Indiana. Was guest of honor at a baby shower, per Columbia City's The Commercial Mail September 15, 1951. At that time the Browns lived in Lafayette, Indiana. No later information found.
