Notes:	Forrest (Punk) Wilbur Zumbrun, Jr., 79, died Jan. 20, 2015 in Gainesville, Fla. following a brief illness. He was born April 13, 1935 in Columbia City. He graduated from Columbia City High School in 1953. He served in the U.S. Army from 1954-1956; he then graduated from The University of Findlay, Ohio in 1960. He married Patricia Marie Bohn, Oct. 29, 1960. He is survived by his six daughters; Lori Beth (Chris) Zumbrun, of Modesto, Calif., Nita Jean (Jeff) Sieradzki, of South Bend, Julie Marie (Rodney) Gay, of Alachua, Fla., Shari Ann (Tim) Lubinski, of South Bend, Becky Lynn Zumbrun, of Modesto, Calif., Stephenie Rae (Mike) Kotowski, of South Bend; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Dr. Stephen (Linda) Zumbrun, of Greeley, Colo. His dear wife Patricia; mother, Jean Staley Zumbrun Hall; father, Forrest W. Zumbrun; stepfather, Clay R. Hall; sister, Sharon Beard; and brother-in-law, Donald Beard all preceded Forrest in death. Forrest loved playing cards and was an avid golfer. A memorial service will be held in Columbia City at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 S.W. Archer Rd., Gainesville, Fla. 32608.
