We lived in Ohio briefly and then returned to Columbia City for eight years, leaving there for Michigan in 1969. Michigan was home until we retired to NC in 2002, seeking an adventure, not to mention a more temperate climate. My husband died in 2006, shortly after attending, with me, my 50th high school reunion.
I spend my time now volunteering on a limited basis, enjoying my book discussion group, and traveling a lot. The children are in Michigan, Rhode Island, and England, so there is always some reason to pack the suitcase and go.
