Dan died at the age of 58 after a battle with lung cancer. Obituary in Post & Mail September 26, 1997, Pg 2. Buried Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, Florida.

MARTIN Daniel N., 58, of New Port Richey, Fla., died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 1997, at his residence. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana,

He came here 28 years ago from St. Petersburg, Fla. He was an attorney. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, New Port Richey, Florida Bar Association, West Pasco Bar Association.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; two sons: Dennis, New Port Richey; Daniel, Nashville, Tenn.; two daughters: Michelle Martin, Lutz, Fla., Christine Martin, New Port Richey, Fla.; mother, Alta Martin, St. Petersburg, Fla.; one brother, John Martin, Apopka, Fla.; one sister, Juanita Dvorscek and two grandchildren: Jesse Martin and Brittany Martin.

Visiting hours are Friday, Sept. 26th, 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 27, 1997, at the First United Methodist Church of New Port Richey. Interment to follow at Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, Fla.

Family has requested donations to be made to the First United Methodist Church of New Port Richey for the Daniel N. Martin Childrens Musical Fund, 5901 Indiana Avenue, New Port Richey, FL 34652.
