Notes:	KAY M. (PAULUS) ANDERSEN, 56, died Monday at her sister's home. Born in Whitley County, she was a receptionist at NBD Bank in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne for six years. She had also worked for Michael's Craft Store in Fort Wayne. Surviving are her father, Leon Paulus of Columbia City; two sons, Curt Douglas of Fishers and Eric Christopher of Las Vegas; three sisters, Vicki Dominguez of Huntington, Cheryl Merritt of Fort Wayne and Donna Kyes of Terre Haute; two brothers, Jerry Paulus of Costa Mesa, Calif., and Sam Paulus of Pierceton; and a grandson. Services at 1 p.m. Thursday at Bailey-Love Mortuary, Huntington, with calling from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday. Burial in Salem Church Cemetery, Noble County. Memorials to Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church, Indianapolis.
