Notes:	Mike died at age 52 on September 19,1995, in Fort Wayne, IN, where he had been hospitalized for a week. He was employed by Waterfield Mortgage Company in Fort Wayne and the Town Finance Company in Columbia City until he retired because of poor health. Survived by a daughter, three grandchildren and his mother. Buried Lindenwood Cemetery, Ft. Wayne, IN. Obituary in Post & Mail on September 20 & 21/1995, p. 14; and September 25, 1995, p. 16.
