Notes:	Susan Nickolson, 66, of Albion, Ind., passed away at 9:22 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016. Born July 8, 1950 in Wolfe Lake, she was the daughter of Howard Ernst and Anna "Agnes" (Moog) Ernst. Growing up in Whitley County, she graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1968. She married Johnny Nickolson Sr. in April of 1970. For over 20 years she worked at Coupled Products in Columbia City. She had been a natural artist throughout her life. When she was not with family, she enjoyed reading, gardening, sewing and collecting chimes and oil lanterns. Survivors include her children, Shane (Latrisha) Nickolson, of Cromwell, Shelly Nickolson, of Davenport, Fla. and Chris (Amber) Nickolson, of Columbia City; sister, Judy (Guy) Kesling, of Columbia City; half-brother, David (Cindy) Ernst; step-sister, Patricia Smith; step-brothers, Gary (Kathy) Kilbourne and Delmer Elswick; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Ernst; mother, Agnes Ernst; step-mother, Mantie "Louise" Ernst; husband, Johnny Nickolson Sr.; son, Johnny Nickolson Jr.; brother, Jimmy Ernst; and sister, Gayle Ernst.
