Notes:	Mary Lou Huntley, 58, formerly of Albion [Indiana], died at 12:11 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Kosciusko Community Hospital. She was born March 9, 1954 at Luckey Hospital, Wolf Lake, a daughter of Thomas A. and Wilma B. (Cox) Ott. She is survived by a son, Adam Huntley, Columbia City and four grandchildren. The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. Visitation will be from noon to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to Final Expenses c/o Smith and Sons Funeral Home. Obituary in Columbia City Post & Mail September 7 & 14, 2012, Pg 3.
