Notes:	Richard D. Egolf, 25, was killed April 21 in his home. The Columbia City native was a nurse with Summit Medical Staffing Inc. and Medco Plaza, and a member of Columbia City United Methodist Church, where he played the organ and sang in the choir. Surviving are his mother, Bobbi Boughman of Sarasota, Fla.; a sister, Roxanne Kammer of Fort Wayne; and a grandfather, I.H. "Ben" Valentine of North Webster. Services are 1 p.m. tomorrow in C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St., where calling is 2 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Obituary in The Post & Mail April 29, 1991, Pg 1, and The News-Sentinel, Fort Wayne, Indiana on April 29, 1991.
