Notes:	John R. Medley, 59, of Columbia City died February 22, 2024 at his residence. He was born December 22, 1964 in Columbia City to Russell and Martha (Williams) Medley. John graduated from Columbia City Joint High School in 1983. Married Samantha Mansfield on October 31, 2023 in Columbia City. He worked at Polywood in Syracuse and previously was a Motor Coach Operator for Two Ladies a Bus and American Heritage Trails in Fort Wayne as well as Hotard in Biloxi, MS. Washington DC was always his favorite trip as a driver. Surviving are two sons Nicholas and Jeremiah Medley, mother Martha Medley of Columbia City, IN, one brother Joe (April) Medley of Fort Wayne, IN, one sister Brenda (Tony) Boze of Morristown, TN. Preceded in death by a daughter Audrey in 2006, Father Russell Medley, sister Carolyn Cull and one brother William Medley. A Celebration of Life will be held at First Church of God in Columbia City at 1:30pm
