Notes:	With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amy Lee Brunner (Columbia City, Indiana), who passed away on January 25, 2020 at the age of 50. She was born on Sept. 7, 1969 in Columbia City to John J. and Dianne R. (Friedman) Phillips. Her father precedes her in death. She married Jeffrey D. Brunner on Jan. 24, 1998 in Columbia City. She is survived by her mother Dianne R. Phillips (Friedman) of North Manchester; her husband Jeffrey D. Brunner of Columbia City; her son Trey E. Williamson of Fort Wayne; and her step-sons, Austin J. Brunner of Fort Wayne and Tyler D. Brunner of Florida. Amy’s Celebration of Life will be 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020 at Portside Pizza, 5310 N.
