Notes:	John H. Halt Jr., 35, died at 10:40 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2005, at his residence in Fort Wayne. He was born to John H. and Andrea D. (Cleland) Halt on March 26, 1970 at Whitley County Memorial Hospital in Columbia City. He spent his formative years in Etna Troy and Jefferson Township in Whitley County. He graduated from Columbia City Joint High School. He was employed at WalMart in Fort Wayne for five years and had been employed at Kraft Foods in Kendallville for the past eight years. Surviving relatives include his parents, John and Andrea Halt of Columbia City; a son, Zachary Halt of Fort Wayne; twin sisters, Julie (Tige) Longenbaugh of Columbia City and Jodie (Shawn) Eaken of Fort Wayne; three nephews and two nieces. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at Smith & Sons Funeral Home with Mary Jo Mikulski, associate of ministry at Grace Lutheran Church, officiating. The burial will be in South Park Annex Cemetery. The visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
