Notes:	Jeffery "Puffy" Allen Cook, 46, of Fort Wayne [Indiana], passed away at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Parkview Hospital. Born April 5, 1973 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he was the son of Charles Jr. and Ruth Esther (Cook) Cook. Growing up in Columbia City, he enjoyed playing summer ball, played the trombone and while attending Columbia City Joint High School, he was the Eagle mascot. He graduated with the Class of 1991. He was a truck driver for numerous years and currently delivered auto parts for LKQ and did karaoke and DJ'ing at area clubs in Fort Wayne. Jeff was funny and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and going to local biker events, singing, being with friends and quoting movie lines. He also found relaxation in fishing. Survivors include his daughter, Olivia Smith; mother, Ruth Cook; sisters, Sandy (Jeff) Huff and Cyndy (Joe) Faulkner; brother, Chris (Blayne) Cook; girlfriend, Tanya "TK" Wiseman; and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. A gathering of family and friends will be 3-5:45 pm Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Funeral services will begin at 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to DeMoney-Grimes to be used toward his final expenses.
