Notes:	Wesley O. Walls, 20, of rural South Whitley died early Sunday morning, July 6, 1997, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born at Whitley County Memorial Hospital on January 15, 1977, a son of Lowell O. "Butch" and Debra Gaff Walls. He began his education at Pierceton School, graduated from the eighth grade 8th grade from Thorncreek School and was a member of the 1996 graduating class at Columbia City High School. Employed in construction; he was an avid skateboarder. Surviving relatives include his mother and stepfather, Deb and Terry Tuttle, South Whitley; his father, Lowell "Butch" Walls, Columbia City; a brother, Cory D. Walls, South Whitley; a step-sister, Angie Tuttle, Columbia City; a step-brother, TJ. Tuttle, South Whitley; grandparents, Al and Alice Gaff, Columbia City and Eunice Walls, North Manchester; a step-grandmother, Edna Tuttle, Pierceton; and his girlfriend, Cathy Prince, Churubusco. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Cecil Walls and step-grandfather, John Tuttle. The funeral service begins at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Smith and Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, with Pastor Elaine Miller, of The Church of Jesus Christ in North Manchester, officiating. Visitation is from 4 to 6 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Boonville Cemetery. For those who wish, memorials may be made to M.A.D.D. Monday, July 7, 1997.
