Notes:

Amanda Bianski Espy, 34, a resident of Fort Wayne and formerly of Columbia City, passed away at 9:53 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Amanda was born in Auburn Feb. 6, 1980, a daughter of Bryan L. and Lori (Gardenour) Bianski.

She spent most of her formative years in Columbia City and graduated from Columbia City High School in 1998.

On Sept. 10, 2005 she was married in Fort Wayne to John E. Espy, and lived all of her adult life there.

Employed in the offices of A.J. Logistics in Fort Wayne, she worked there for 15 years. She will long be remembered as a person with a big heart, who put others ahead of herself. Cooking meals for the Snider High school football team was something that she took great pride in, and was an avid Panther fan.

Surviving are her husband, John; beloved son, Kaden, of Fort Wayne; father, Bryan (Barbara) Bianski, of Churubusco; mother, Lori (Kenneth) Giffin, of Columbia City; three brothers, Adam (Alicia) Bianski, of Huntertown, Drew (Lauren) Bianski, of Columbia City and Paul Sade, Jr., of Churubusco; sister Megan Giffin, of Columbia City; grandparents, Francis "Junior" and Janet Bianski, of Churubusco and Janet Marshall, of Fort Wayne; and great-grandmother, Annabelle McCartney, of Bluffton.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at Ege with Father Polycarp Fernando, the celebrant.
The family will receive friends at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. or from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Ege Catholic Cemetery, Noble County.

For those who wish, memorials may be directed to the Snider High School football program.
