Margaret Linette Kilgore Guenther, 72, of Albion, died at her home on June 13, 2008.

Born in McRoberts, Ky., on Nov. 16, 1935, a daughter of Stanley Vernon and Mary Lee (Sturgill) Kilgore, she graduated from Columbia City High School in 1954.

After graduation she lived in Illinois, Michigan, Texas, Hawaii and Florida, returning to Indiana in 2004.

Survivors include a son, Brian (Laura) Sudis of Kansas; Wanda Sudis and Kathryn Walford, both of Albion; four step-children, Jonathon Guenther, James Guenther, Julie Mullins and Scott Guenther, all of Texas; her husband, Henry (Red) Guenther; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and eight step-grandchildren, siblings Robert Kilgore of Ariz., Bill Kilgore of Fort Wayne; Una Rondeau of Wis., Elizabeth Sponaugle and Rita McElroy, both of Columbia City, and Emma Spink of Auburn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister, Mary Jeanette Kilgore Bowling, a sister, Barbara Louise Kilgore; brothers-in-law, Richard Rondeau, George Sponaugle and Charles McElroy, a nephew and a stepson.

A memorial service is at 10 a.m. Saturday June 28, at the Columbia City Church of the Brethren with calling one hour prior.

For those who wish, memorials may be directed to Parkview Whitley Hospice.
