Survivors include three sons, Danny K. Wallace Jr. of Fort Wayne; Rodney E. (Chris) Wallace and Dax E. (Lisa) Wallace, both of Churubusco; nine grandchildren; a brother, Chuck Davis of Roanoke and a sister, Alice Davis of Lake Elsinore, Calif.

The funeral service is at noon Monday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Columbia City, with the Rev. Thomas Beers, pastor of Columbia City Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial is at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Calling is from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the funeral home.

For those who wish, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
