went to heaven to kneel at the feet of his Lord, Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017. He was born in Mayfield, Ky., Oct. 22, 1948, the son of the late Elza Franklin and Mabel Drummond.

Frank attended and graduated from Columbia City High School. Frank worked at Big Rigs for several years before retiring. Prior to becoming the assistant manager at Big Rigs, he was manager at Long Electric and Fire Chief of Tri-Lakes Fire Department.

He loved and actively served the Lord in every area of his life. Racing, fishing and being with his family were the things he was most passionate about.

Surviving are his wife of 16 years, Vicki L. Drummond; children; David (Kim) Spicer, Elizabeth Spicer, Joseph Spicer and Timothy Spicer; brothers, Rev. James (Shelly) Drummond and Rev. Dr. Hank (Andy) Drummond; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral service is at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25 at New Heights Baptist Church,

g Dr., Fort Wayne, with Rev. Gary Lovens officiating and calling one hour prior. Visitation at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd., Fort Wayne, will be Tuesday, Jan. 24 from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Burial to take place at a later date.
