Notes:	Patricia J. Goff, 71, of LaGrange, IN died Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Parkview LaGrange Hospital in LaGrange. Mrs. Goff came to LaGrange from Phoenix, AZ and was a member of the LaGrange Moose Lodge #1351. On October 31, 1937 in Centerville, IN she was born to Myron J. and Delma (Clark) Barnett; they both preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, R.J. and Beth Ann Conrad of Topeka, IN, and Randy Conrad and his companion, Kathy Miller of Goshen; five grandchildren; five sisters, Linda, Nancy, Jerry Kay, Dorthea, and Vanessa; and a brother, Brett Barnett. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. NOTE: Worked as restaurant bartender & was divorced at time of death. Arrangements by Frurip-May Funeral Home, LaGrange, Indiana.
