Notes:	RICHARD L. ROBBINS, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016 in his home. Born the son of Harold and Lucille (Blaugh) Robbins, Richard served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1961 to 1966 while stationed in Turkey. Survived by his wife, Linda Robbins; and brother, Victor Robbins, both of Ft. Wayne; sisters, Wendy and Alice; daughter, Camella (Pastor Andrew)Taylor of Bunlevel, N.C.; son, Tim Robbins of California; step-daughter, April Sheets of St. Louis; also grandchildren, Marshall and Stephanie of St. Louis and Abigail and Jullian of North Carolina. Memorial service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016 with calling from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Lincolnshire Church, 6404 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, Ind.
