Notes:	M. LUTHER RASTL, 58, of Fort Wayne, died on Saturday, June 4, 2011, at IU Health, Goshen. Born Dec. 20, 1952, in Kenmare, N.D., he was the son of Rev. Marvin L. and Eunice W. Rastl of Fort Wayne. He was a 1971 graduate of Columbia City Joint High School and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. He worked for Edy's Ice Cream Co. and previously had been employed at Lincoln Life Insurance Co. Also surviving are sisters, Lois (Philip) Cain of Fortson, Ga., Marlyss Smith of Lexington, Ky., Pricilla (David) Evans of Fort Wayne, Naomi (Leroy) Brown of Martinsville, Ind., and Ruth (Mark) Dixon of Clawson, Mich.; brothers, Ronald Rastl of Fort Wayne and Rev. Nathan (Barbara) Rastl of Vincennes, Ind.; and nieces and nephews. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1126 S. Barr St., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Peter Cage and the Rev. Peter Gregory officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Preferred memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Concordia Theological Seminary. Published in Fort Wayne Newspapers from June 6 to June 8, 2011.
