Notes:	Alton L. "A.L." GOODRICH, 69, Fort Wayne, died at 11:10 a.m. Monday in Parkview Memorial hospital, Fort Wayne. He had been in failing health for a year. Mr. Goodrich was born Jan. 6, 1910 in Whitley county to Frank L. and Nettie SHOEMAKER GOODRICH. He was married in 1938 in Washington, Ind., to Dorothy NEWLAND, who died in 1962. Mr. Goodrich graduated from Purdue university in 1932, and was the owner of the A. L. Goodrich drainage contractors in Fulton county. In 1964, he was a candidate for the office of Fulton county auditor, and was Fulton county's first chosen conservationist. Mr. Goodrich was a member of the Eagles lodge, Fort Wayne; the Rochester Elks and Moose lodges; the Fulton County Farm Bureau and was a past president of the Fulton County Board of Realtors. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Ellen) BONDI, Rueflesdorf, West Germany; two grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Veril PONTZIUS, Columbia City. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the J. A. DeMoney & Son funeral home, Columbia City, with the Rev. James WILLYARD officiating. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery, Rochester, where graveside rites will be conducted at approximately 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
