Notes:	M. Lou Ferguson, 67, of Eau Claire [Michigan] passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, Nov. 15, 2001, at Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph. The family will receive visitors from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Friends in Faith Community Church, 6550 Keigley St., Eau Claire. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place, with inurnment in Eau Claire Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Eau Claire District Library, where Lou nearly exhausted the supply of books. Bowerman Funeral Home, Eau Claire, is assisting the family. Lou was born Aug. 15, 1934, in Grand Rapids, and had lived the last 31 years in Eau Claire. She served the State of Michigan in the office of the Inspector General for more than 30 years. She will be missed by her husband, R.C. Ferguson; her children -- David T. and Grace Newsome, Todd and Ellen (Newsome) Sutton, Eric and Anita Newsome, Leon and Wendy Newsome, Jim and Peg Ferguson, David and Diane Ferguson, Darrell and Susan Ferguson, Patrick Ferguson, Vance and Lisa Ferguson; her grandchildren -- Shannon Ferguson, Trevor Ferguson, Chase Ferguson, Ben Sutton, Anne Sutton, Emily Newsome, Jon Newsome, Wes Newsome, Grace Ferguson, Sam Newsome, Alex Newsome and Ryan Ferguson; her siblings -- John and Jill Mader, Richard and Barbara (Mader) Rainsberger, James and Carmelita Mader. Lou was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Hale Mader.
