Notes:	Alan James Smiley, 57, died at 8:05 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6,(2007) in Kosciusko Community Hospital. Survivors include his parents, Everett James and Katherine Margaret Smiley of Oakford, IN; brother, Charles Steven Smiley of Marion, IN; and sisters, Katherine Ann Clase of Bonita Springs, FL, and Janice Lynn Myers of North Richland Hills, TX. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Mason Health Care Center, where friends may call one hour before services. Titus Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
