Notes:	CHARLES A. SAMPLE, 50, a resident of Bear Lake [Indiana], died Friday morning, November 2, 2007 at his home. He was born July 10, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan a son of Chester Alvin and Mildred Marie (Mitchell) Sample. In 1970 his family moved to Washington Township, Whitley County. He completed his education at Columbia City Joint High School. A factory worker, he has made his home at Bear Lake for more than 20 years. On April 13, 1992 he was united in marriage to Lori A. Morris. Surviving relatives include his wife, Lori; four children, Heather Sample of Fort Wayne, Carl Sample of Elkhart, Kimberly Chaney Sample of Fort Wayne and Christopher Sample of Fort Wayne; and two sisters, Sandy Peters of Columbia City and Patricia Pontzius of South Whitley. There will be no visitation or service. Burial will take place at a later date at Nolt Cemetery. For those who wish, memorials may be directed to the final expense account at Smith & Sons Funeral Home.
